HOME EXTENSION/GARAGE CONVERSION – LEWISHAM

This 6m long Extension was designed to exploit the maximum area available on the rear garden of the existing 3 storey terraced house. Due to its dimensions, the warm flat roof includes a skylight to enable the sunrays to illumine the existing kitchen and the dining area. To convert the garage into a bedroom the “up and over” door was replaced with a UPVC window installed on a cavity wall. In the interior, the size of the existing volume allowed us to include a small on suit bathroom.
